Your use of the website and any orders that you make will be governed by these terms and conditions.

1. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received
2. The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of the UK and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the UK. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
3. All prices displayed on the Banknote Bodyguard website are in GB Pounds Sterling unless stated.
4. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
5. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
6. We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
7. We will endeavour to send all items out to you within 48 hours of your order. Order processing staff will make every attempt possible to contact you and confirm your order, giving the best advice possible to detail intended delivery schedules.
8. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
9. Banknote Bodyguard cannot be held responsible for any damage or injury suffered as a result of misuse of any product(s) or failure to observe the instructions enclosed with them.
10. All guarantees are given against defects in materials and workmanship, in normal use for the period stated with the product from the date of purchase. The guarantees are only valid if the product has not been altered, modified or reaired by anyone other than the manufacturer and are also invalidated where a replacement consumable item has been incorrectly fitted. The guarantees do not affect your statutory rights.
11. Free delivery will only apply to new orders to be delivered within the United Kingdom. Some safes or larger items that require specialist couriers or fitting will have a suitable carriage or install charge. Only items that have a swap out warranty will have free re-delivery on certain faulty / repaired or resent items
